Free worldwide shipping

Every Sculptuvo order includes free shipping, including delivery to Kosovo and the United States. At checkout, your shipping method appears as MVR Rates, with Made to order underneath and a price of FREE.

Your digital proof: 2–3 days

After ordering, reply to your order-confirmation email with 1–3 clear reference photographs for a better likeness. We send your first digital proof within 2–3 days of receiving your photographs. You can request unlimited revisions at no extra charge. We only begin making your sculpture after you approve the design.

Delivery: 8–12 days from design approval

Estimated delivery is 8–12 days from the day you approve your digital design. This includes making, finishing, packing and shipping your sculpture. The time spent waiting for photographs, reviewing your proof or requesting revisions comes before this delivery period.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, local carrier delays and circumstances outside our control may affect arrival. If you need your sculpture for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timing is achievable.

Tracking and packaging

We carefully pack your sculpture and ship it tracked and insured. We email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. Contact us if tracking has not updated for more than five business days.

International deliveries

Shipping is free. Customs duties or import charges assessed by your destination country, if any, are separate from shipping and are the recipient’s responsibility.
