Sending photographs after ordering
Reply to your order-confirmation email with 1–3 clear reference photographs for a better likeness; that thread already carries your order number. Clear front and side views help; for a couple, separate photographs of each person are welcome. If you cannot find the confirmation email, send your photographs to the address above with your order number.
For custom sculptures, you receive a digital proof 2–3 days after we receive your photographs and can request revisions before production.
