What it costs and how long it takes
- Free Standard Shipping (US) — free on every order, arrives in 3–4 weeks.
- DHL Express (US) — $49, arrives in 7–10 days.
- International — free on every order. Times vary by country; please contact us before ordering.
Both US options are tracked and fully insured. You choose between them at checkout.
When the clock starts
This is the part most people want to be clear about. For custom sculptures, the times above start when you approve the digital proof of the likeness — not when you place the order.
The sequence is: you order, reply to your order-confirmation email with your photographs, and receive a digital proof within 24 hours of us receiving them. You can ask for changes before approving it. Making, painting and shipping then take 3–4 weeks with standard shipping, or 7–10 days with DHL Express.
If you send your photographs the same day you order and approve the first proof, a standard US order typically arrives about four weeks after you buy. If you take a week to send photographs, add a week.
Hand-Painted Apollo Bust is a decorative design and does not require personal photographs or a likeness proof. Contact the studio for its current dispatch timing before ordering.
Ordering for a specific date
If the piece is needed for a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding or a service, contact the studio before ordering with your delivery address and the date you need it. We will confirm whether that timing is achievable before you place the order.
International orders
We ship worldwide with free tracked and insured shipping, but delivery times vary by country and DHL Express is currently available on US addresses only. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us before ordering from outside the US and we will confirm timing and likely duties for your address.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase it.
