How it works
- Choose your size and personalisation, then place your order. No photographs are needed at checkout.
- Reply to your order-confirmation email with two or three clear photographs. Front and side views are helpful. Older photographs are welcome; ask us to assess them if you are unsure.
- Receive a digital proof within 24 hours of us receiving your photographs. Request free revisions and approve the likeness before production.
- Your sculpture is 3D-printed in marble PLA filament, finished and painted by hand, then packed for delivery with its base included.

Delivery
Free standard US delivery in 3–4 weeks after you approve the digital proof. DHL Express takes 7–10 days after approval and costs $49 at checkout. Both options are tracked and insured.

Review your digital likeness and request free revisions before production. You can cancel for a full refund before you approve it. If the finished piece does not match your approved proof, we will re-sculpt or re-paint it at our cost. See the full policy for reporting timeframes and terms.
