Terms of sale

Every sculpture is made to order from the photograph you send. Nothing is held in stock, and each piece is sculpted, printed and painted for one buyer.

We send you a digital preview of the sculpt before anything is printed. You can ask for changes, and we revise and resend. We only move to print once you approve it.

If the preview is not right, we keep working on it. If the delivered piece does not match the preview you approved, we re-do it free of charge — sculpt and paintwork both.

Production runs 2–3 weeks from your preview approval, and 3–4 weeks for Masterpiece commissions, plus shipping time to your country. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by your country and are not included in the price.

Because each piece is custom-made to a specific face, we do not run open-box returns. Problems are handled through the preview stage and the re-do guarantee — write to support@sculptuvo.com and we will put it right. Pieces damaged in transit are replaced.
